Living where I do, there's not a lot of variety on the local network. The arrival of cascaded HSTs from the Western Region has, in recent years, alleviated the diet of 158s and 170s. Here's some video I captured of the Inter7City sets (and a handful of other things) operating in my local area from 2020 through to early 2023.

Of course, the re-engined HSTs are cleaner and more fuel efficient, but they're missing a certain Valenta something... Time to fix that. ;)
